What Data Will Be Deleted?

How to Request Data Deletion
To delete your data, simply go to your Tera Connection user profile and submit a data deletion request. Once submitted, Tera Connection will process your request promptly and ensure that your personal data is permanently removed from our systems.
Processing Time
After submitting your request from your profile, your deletion request will be processed immediately. Your personal data will be permanently removed from Tera Connection servers in accordance with our retention policy.
Important Notes
Even after deletion, some information may remain in backup storage for a limited period to comply with legal obligations or prevent fraud. This retention is temporary, and all such data will ultimately be erased.
